Protective Land Use Covenants

The original developers of Stansbury Park (originally called Stansbury Village) penned the "Stansbury Village Protective Land Use Covenants". These covenants were established "for the purposes of enhancing and protecting the value, desirability and attractiveness of the lands and every part thereof".

The covenants set for several "General Restrictions" and establish an "Architectural Control Committee" (ACC) that oversee the majority of the restrictions. Learn more about the committee by clicking here.

We are pleased to announce a renewed effort to enforce the "General Restrictions". This enforcement will increase the value of your home by protecting you and your neighbors from activities and circumstances that detract from the value, desirability, and attractiveness of your neighborhood. Together we can protect our investment in Stansbury Park.
